Tribe Nine anime revealed the preview for episode 1. The extreme baseball anime will begin airing on January 10, 2021. The anime is streaming on Funimation, while Medialink also acquired licensing rights for South Asia and Southeast Asia.

According to the site, the first episode will focus on Shirokane and Taiga meeting Shun Kamiya. As they are led to “LOVELY OCEAN”, the tribe’s hideout, they happen to witness the extreme baseball matches that are happening between the tribes and decide to in on behalf of the Minato tribe.
Tribe Nine is a project is conceptualized by publisher Akatsuki and developer Tokyo Games. Aside from the anime, other endeavors for the mixed-media project include a mobile game and webtoon. The anime series is animated by LIDENFILMS and directed by Yu Aoki.
