The completely new TV Anime Battle Athletess Daiundokai ReSTART! Has been announced and is scheduled to be released in 2021. The original anime was released on May 25, 1997 as a 6 episodes OVA with 32 minutes per episode and on Oct 3 at the same year the TV Anime version was also released with 26 episodes. There was also a manga that was released at the same year with 4 volumes and 22 chapters.
