Mob Psycho 100) has released the first volume today. It’s drawn by Azuma Kyotaro (The King of Fighters: A New Beginning) and composed by bose, while its serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Shonen Sirius. You can see the volume 1 cover below:
Versus is a battle fantasy set in a world overrun by powerful enemies. The two main characters are a hero named Holo and his ive fairy Panepane (the spelling of the names may vary depending on the translations). The story is described by Magazine Pocket:
The natural enemy “Demon Clan” has emerged and invaded humankind. Hundreds of years have ed since. The world has been under the rule of “The Great Demon Lord” and the 47 subordinate Demon Lords. Despite having been living with fear, the humans have selected 47 people from all over the world and named them as “Heroes” in preparation to resist the Demon Lord army. And now, a decisive project is about to begin for the humankind’s survival.
