On November 10, 2020, Nisio Isin announced a special announcement for today. And it is finally here! Sadly it is not a new Monogatari Anime. But it is the anime adaptation of Nisio Isin and Oda Suzuka‘s Bishounen Tanteidan. The anime will begin its broadcast in 2021! 6w5b1y
Of course, Nisioisin anime is not complete with the one and only studio SHAFT. Studio SHAFT will be animating the series.
The Bishounen Series centers on the Pretty Boy Detective Club, a nonprofit organization located at Yubiwa Private Academy, with the purpose of helping those in need, but only if their requests are deemed as “beautiful” by the team’s leader, Manabu Soutouin. The story begins when Mayumi Doujima, a girl looking to find the star she once saw ever since she was a child, encounters the Pretty Boy Detectives and requests their help for the case.
