Previously, short trailers were released for four cours, although they will not be consecutive (won’t air season after season). Studio Pierrot is in charge of the production, with Tomohisa Taguchi as the director.
Studio Pierrot previously produced the original TV anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s BLEACH manga, which aired between October 2004 and March 2012 with a total of 366 episodes. VIZ Media licensed it in English, and they describe the BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War story:
