The official Twitter for the Blue Lock anime adaptation has revealed a new character trailer, again featuring one of the ing characters, Tsurugi Zantetsu. The anime previously an October 2022 release date, with studio 8bit in charge of the production. Kazuyuki Okitsu voices the striker featured in this trailer, and you can watch the video on Bandai Namco’s YouTube channel: 1l7367

Muneyuki Kaneshiro (As the Gods Will: The Second Series) writes the original manga, while it’s illustrated by Yusuke Nomura (Dolly Kill Kill). It’s serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine (the magazine of Fire Force, Edens Zero, etc.) since August 2018. The series also won Best Shonen at the English print release for Summer 2022, and they describe the story:
