Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is not letting Valentine’s Day without some special art, and ufotable created a special 2025 illustration featuring its girls. Present on the adorable new art are the Butterfly Hashira, Shinobu Kocho, Aoi Kanzaki, Nezuko Kamado, Kanao Tsuyuri and the Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji.
Ufotable often releases illustrations to commemorate special dates, such as character birthdays. You can see the new illustration for Valentine’s Day below.
Koyoharu Gotoge wrote and illustrated the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga series, which was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from February 2016 to May 2020. It ended with a total of 23 compilation volumes.
The anime adaptation by ufotable began with a 26-episode Season 1, which aired from April to September 2019. Following its huge success, the sequel movie, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train followed in October 2020 and arguably began the entire anime movie boom.
The movie was then re-edited and shown as part of the 18-episode Season 2, which aired from October 2021 to February 2022. The 11-episode Season 3 aired from April to June 2023, while Season 4 aired from May to June 2024 and set the stage for the endgame.
An Infinity Castle Arc movie trilogy is now in production, with the first moviestage play will also begin showing in Japan in April this year.
