Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Movie Gets Blu-ray Release Outside Japan in December j5u2r

Funimation has announced that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train is getting its Blu-ray release outside of Japan on December 21st. The movie did topped the US Box Office when it released there. You can check out the front cover of the Blu-ray box: 5d69

Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Blu-ray box

Funimation will release the standard edition of the Mugen Train film on Blu-ray (with English subtitles and English dub) in the United States and Canada on December 21, 2021, while Aniplex of America will release a limited edition version. The limited edition will be available on RightStuf, and you can watch the English-subbed trailer for the Demon Slayer movie:

Demon Slayer: Mugen Train is currently streaming exclusively on Funimation in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Chile and Colombia. They describe the story:

After completing their rehabilitation training, Tanjiro and his comrades arrive at their next mission on the Mugen Train, where over 40 people have disappeared. Together with one of the most powerful swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps, Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku, they face the nightmare on board.

Set immediately after the Mugen Train movie, the without any changes from the original. The story covers the Entertainment District Arc, and you can read the synopsis:

Tanjiro and his friends accompany the Hashira Tengen Uzui to an entertainment district where Tengen’s female ninja agents were gathering information on a demon before they suddenly disappeared. In order to investigate, Tanjiro and the others disguise themselves as women to sneak in! 

You’ll be able to enjoy the Blu-ray version of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train movie in about 3 months! Season 2 is likely to have begun by then, and we’ll definitely have more demon slaying to enjoy soon.
