Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Movie Postponed After Toei Hack h4g6h

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Movie release has been postponed after the Toei Animation security breach earlier this month. The official website states that “the unauthorized access to our servers made it difficult to finish producing the work”. The movie was set to premiere on April 22 in Japan and the new release date is unknown at the moment. All tickets purchased will be valid for the new release. 6q1m38

Dragon Ball franchise started with a manga by Akira Toriyama. The manga was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from 1984 to 1989. Dragon Ball Z sequel started in 1989 and ended in 1995. The sequel to ZDragon Ball Super started serialization in 2015 and is still ongoing. Over the years, the franchise has spawned numerous anime adaptations, over 20 movies, manga spin-offs, merchandise, and more. The Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie is the most recent addition.
