The fantasy comedy Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijo manga is getting an anime adaptation. An illustration commemorating the announcement has been also released: 43432z
Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijo (The Family Circumstances of the Unreliable Witch) is written and illustrated by Piroya, who worked previously on other manga titles like Fate/Grand Order: Comic à la Carte and Fate/Grand Order Anthology Comic: The Next. The manga started off as a one-shot manga, published on Flex Comix’s Comic Meteor website in July 2018. It has been serialized on the same website since July 2019.
Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijo follows the story of a witch named Alyssa, who happens to find a human baby in a forest one day. Despite being confused, she decides to keep the baby and name her Viola. Sixteen years had then ed, Viola grew into a fine woman who adores Alyssa as her own mother, even though they are not related by blood.

The manga’s storyline revolves around antics and gags between the purported mother-and-daughter duo, like when when townsfolk mistaken Viola as Alyssa’s mother.
