Golden Kamuy Season 4 announced on Friday that the anime will resume broadcasting from the first episode of the season (the 37th episode from the whole episode count) in April 2023. More information will be announced on the anime’s Twitter and the official website. The Golden Kamuy anime is based on a manga by Satoru Noda, which has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine from August 2014 to April 2022 with a total of 31 volumes. Studio Geno animated the first three seasons of the anime adaptation, which aired in 2018, 2019, and 2020 respectively. The fourth season premiered on October 3, 2022.

In the early twentieth century, Russo-Japanese War veteran Saichi “Immortal” Sugimoto scratches out a meager existence during the postwar gold rush in the wilderness of Hokkaido.
