The Haikyu series revealed a special music video for BURNOUT SYNDROMES’ “Fly High” – the second season’s opening theme song for Haikyu Day in Japan. The music video contains scenes from the manga, including some spoilers for anime-only fans. Haikyu Day takes place on August 19 because the title of the series can be written as 819 (ha(chi), i(chi), kyu). The band is among the performers for the Haikyu Festa event on September 24. 2p386u
Haikyu anime is based on a manga by Haruichi Furudate which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to 2020. The manga ended after 405 chapters, compiled into 45 volumes. Viz Media licensed it in English and described the plot as:

Production I.G animated the anime adaptation of the Haikyu (stylized as Haikyu!!) series. Season 1 aired in 2014, followed by the sequel which started in the Fall of 2015 and finished in the Winter of 2016, with both having 25 episodes. Season 3, titled Haikyu!! Karasuno High School vs Shiratorizawa Academy had 10 episodes that aired in the Fall of 2016. Haikyu!! Riku vs Kuu OVA serves as its sequel. The latest installment of the anime Haikyuu!! To the Top aired over two cours – first in Winter 2020 and second in Fall 2020. In addition to the TV anime, the franchise also spawned multiple recap movies, OVAs, side stories, and an omake. A two-part Haikyu movie, covering the highly anticipated “Nekoma vs. Karasuno” arc, was announced last August.
