Some My Dress-Up Darling fans may be unaware that the official website for the anime holds a unique weekly poll where Japanese viewers click on a “Dododo” (Japanese onomatopoeia for heart-throbbing) button whenever their heartbeat speeds up while watching a particular scene. This data is used to determine which scenes generated the most heartbeats each week and in episode 8 titled “Backlighting is the Best” the winner was Marin’s adorable invite to Gojo.
