Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S, also known as Kobayashi-san-chi no Maidragon S, posted a trailer for an unstreamed episode on Twitter and YouTube. It will be bundled with BD＆DVD Volume S, which is scheduled to release on January 19, 2022. 2p3g21
The episode title reads Welcome Her In Japanese Style (The Dragons Are Her Guides). The trailer shows that Chloe, the girl Kanna met in New York city sees her again in Japan. Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid has a spin-off manga series featuring Kanna, titled Kanna’s Daily Life. Its 5th volume has three chapters for their reunion.

Claire finally comes to Japan. After having a moving reunion with her, Kanna holds her hand and goes on a stroll to the city. Tohru receives an order from Kobayashi-san and so prepares perfect welcoming plans, says she with confidence. Kobayashi-san, Chorogons, and Claire’s special and cheerful tour starts in Japan.

On September 30, 2021, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid Season 1’s unstreamed episode was broadcast for the first time on TV. Kadowaki Miku, the character designer of the anime, shared her appreciation with an illustration of Iruru and described Season 2’s unstreamed episode as something she “put a lot of love into”.
