Mushoku Tensei episode 9 is out, and it continues do build the world show Rudy’s growth! It started with him meeting Hitogami (Man-God) and thinking he was going to die again. The god’s attitude was interesting, though we don’t know anything about why he’s really watching Rudy and what he wants from him. Their talk ended with the Man-God telling Rudy to trust the man he meets after waking up. 6z29p
It’s obviously one of the notorious Superd tribe , but Rudy manages to keep his composure. We then learn that Ruijerd Superdia is actually a really nice person, and that he saved both Rudy and Eris after finding them. They talk a bit until Eris wakes up, and she has a completely different reaction than Rudy.
Quickly becoming friends, Rujierd tells them that he will escort them home, and they begin the adventure to return to their continent. They first go to Roxy’s home village, where they aren’t welcome until they see Rudy’s necklace and decide to trust them. He realizes that most of the girls remind him of his Goddess, but he fights the temptation and remains loyal. Although we did learn that Roxy is actually 44 years old, and her parents are over 100+.
The Superd history was also talked about. I’m curious about Laplace and hope the Superd tribe can recover some of their reputation in the future. Regardless of the past, at least Rudy has a new dependable ally, and it already seems like a party. Though Rudy and Eris will probably have to work hard to catch up to Ruijerd.
