Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Part 2 anime was voted the most anticipated anime of the Spring 2024 season, beating out KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! 3 and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc. The new opening song for the anime is “On The Frontline” by Hitorie, while Yuiko Ohara will perform the ending theme song “Mamoritai Mono” (What I Want to Protect). You can watch the latest trailer below.
The staff for the second season includes Hiroki Hirano as the director, Sanae Shimada as the character designer, Toshiya Ono as the series composer, Masakazu Miyake as the art director and Yoshiaki Fujisawa as the music composer.
The first season of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation aired over 2 cours during the Winter 2021 and Fall 2021 anime seasons for a total of 23 episodes. The first part was voted the 2021 Anime of the Year.
The first part of the second season was ranked third in the Summer 2023 Anime of the Season ranking. The anime by Studio Bind is based on a light novel by Rifujin na Magonote with Shirotaka’s illustrations. Seven Seas is publishing the light novel in English, while Crunchyroll streams the anime.
