First things first. The first main character to be introduced in episode 1 of My Senpai is Annoying was Futaba Igarashi. She is the female protagonist of the series. Futaba is short, but a hardworking cute woman. She is trying her best to become a full-fledged salesperson. To achieve that, she is really paying attention to the things she can learn from her senpai, Harumi Takeda.
Harumi Takeda is Futaba’s senpai. Harumi guides Futaba and helps her get better at her job. Whenever Futaba messes things up, he is always there to make up for it. Harumi is a very tall person, not to mention he is really muscular. He is nice to Futaba all the time and he doesn’t get angry even when Futaba makes mistakes.
Some events in episode 1 of My Senpai is Annoying were quite realistic – Futaba mes the data on her report is a good example. The client was not happy about it. The whole situation really brought down Futaba’s spirits because she thought she would get promoted after it. It seems that Futaba made a mistake because she was working too much, and she thought that she needed to finish the report immediately. At least, Futaba learned her lesson in this scenario, and this happens normally in real life, whatever your work is.
Futaba and Harumi worked hard to fix the things they messed up, thus making their client happy. Of course, success was worth a celebration. They bond over drinks, which is something most of us can relate to.

Igarashi Futuba’s new job would be great if her senpai, Takeda Harumi, wasn’t so incredibly annoying! Futuba hates his laugh, she hates how big he is, and she really hates that he treats her like a little kid. Just because Futuba is short and looks young doesn’t make her a kid, and just because she spends so much time with Takeda doesn’t mean she sees him as anything but an annoying senpai…or does she?!
