One Piece Anime to Release Film Red Prequel Episodes on August 14 and 21 326g3i

It was announced that the ONE PIECE TV anime will release ONE PIECE FILM RED prequel episodes for two weeks in a row, on August 14 and August 21. A new image featuring child Luffy and Uta has been released: 106h38

The ONE PIECE FILM RED prequel episodes will show the memories of Luffy, Uta, Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates in Foosha Village. They are also teasing appearances from other characters, such as the childhood Zoro and Nami. The story will also show the day before the ONE PIECE FILM RED, and the Straw Hats journey to the island of music, Elegia. The latest movie trailer:

The ONE PIECE FILM RED movie will premiere in Japan on August 6, with international release set for Fall 2022. You can read the official synopsis:
Uta —the most beloved singer in the world. Renowned for concealing her own identity when performing, her voice has come to be described as “otherworldly.” Now, for the first time ever, Uta will reveal herself to the world at a live concert. As the venue fills with all kinds of Uta fans —excited pirates, the Navy watching closely, and the Straw Hats led by Luffy who simply came to enjoy her sonorous performance —the voice that the whole world has been waiting for is about to resound. The story begins with the shocking fact that she is Shanks’ daughter.
