The official Twitter for the Overlord TV anime has confirmed that Overlord IV (Season 4) will release in 2022, and they also released a new key visual and trailer for the series. They previously announced the new sequel in May of this year, along with an movie. Studio MADHOUSE will be back to animate it once again, and you can check out the new key visual: 293rr
