Overlord Season 4 finished the second episode on July 12 and Albedo’s voice message to Ainz about her job as the leader of Ainz Ooal Gown Sorcerer Kingdom’s diplomatic mission was released. In the second episode, prime minister Albedo arrived in the Re-Estize Kingdom and met with parties. Her report to Ainz happens after the party where Philip Dayton L’Eyre Montserrat escorted her. 72p14
“Ainz-sama, this is Albedo,” the overseer begins reporting. She talks about her job there and the kingdom’s hospitality for her, but Ainz apparently interrupts to tell her that she sounds somewhat in low spirits. Encouraged by his affection, she exposes her ongoing resentment toward Philip by calling him “lowly animal who doesn’t know his place“. She explains the matter and states that her beloved Ainz is the one and only person in the world who can touch her with lustful desire. The overlord seems to show his worry and sympathy to her, which makes Albedo delighted and lets her say her wish, hoping for a future moment when they see each other again. “I’d like you to embrace me tightly with your whole body so that I will forget about that loathsome sensation brought by the swine!” she blissfully asked her master.

Kugane Maruyama writes the story of the Overlord light novel series with art by so-bin. The first volume came out in July 2012, the newest volume, Volume 15 was released on June 30, 2022, and the next volume, Volume 16’s release is scheduled for July 29 in Japan. Studio Madhouse animated the adaptation and is producing Overlord Season 4 under Naoyuki Ito’s direction. The franchise’s short anime series Ple Ple Pleiades 4 directed by Minoru Ashina is also ongoing.
