Re:Zero Season 2 has concluded with episode 25, and White Fox delivered another beautiful episode! Starting with Beatrice and Subaru’s contract reveal, we saw that he’s now able to use some of her powers, and the two went on to destroy many of the rabbits. However, the Great Rabbit was believed to multiply infinitely, so they had a plan involving Emilia to get them all in one place. With Beako sending the beast into a space where it can never escape from, the fight concluded successfully. c134x
After that Roswaal had a few moments. First he told Beako about his identity and circumstances as they talked over Echidna’s body. Then he got hit by everyone as revenge before he ed them. Garfiel seemed unfazed with Ram’s declarations of love for him, and he apologized after Emilia’s request. I doubt they can fully trust him, but he’ll definitely be useful in the future. He also had a moment with Subaru right before his knighthood ceremony, where he congratulated him and told him he won this time. The we got to one of the highlights of the episode, Natsuki Subaru officially becoming Emilia’s knight.
We saw more of the cast in the formal setting. Garfiel was stopped by Frederica from drinking alcohol, while Roswaal and Beako toasted to each other. The two protagonists shared a new promise, after which they had a dance (Subaru xD). Episode 25 of Re:Zero Season 2 ended with the 2 dancing happily, and we’ll have to wait for season 3 now!
