Meanwhile, Taku Yashiro’s previous roles include Ifrit in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Natsuo Fujii in Domestic Girlfriend, Tsubasa Tanuma in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, Van Reichnott in The Rising of the Shield Hero, Vulcan Joseph in Fire Force, Koichi Shindo in Horimiya, Michio Kaga in Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World, Hirokazu Arai in Chainsaw Man, and Itsuki Akasawa in The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten.
The main cast for Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective are Junya Enoki as Totomaru Ishiki and Yohei Azakami as Ron Kamonohashi. The anime will premiere this October, with Diomedea as the studio. Shota Ibata is directing the anime, with Wataru Watari on series composition. Masakazu Ishikawa is doing the character designs. Yo Tsuji is composing the music and KADOKAWA is credited for music production.
The anime is based of a manga series written and illustrated by Akira Amano. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ online magazine since October 2020. There are currently eight volumes out. Shueisha’s MangaPlus app is publishing it in English. New chapters are released every Saturday. The plot is described as:
