Studio Ghibli Teases Collaboration With Lucasfilm 62f4m

A mysterious teaser has been posted by the famous Japanese studio Studio Ghibli, featuring the logo of the American film and television production company Lucasfilm Ltd. The Japanese studio is best known for their animated feature films, while the American company is best known for the Star Wars franchise. You can see the teaser video below: 1t571z

Studio Ghibli Teases Collaboration With Lucasfilm

While the first thought coming to mind is a new Star Wars animation in collaboration with Ghibli, we’ll have to wait for some more details. The studio’s latest work was the Earwig and the Witch movie, which was released in 2020. Some of their iconic movies include Grave of the Fireflies, My Neighbor Totoro, Princess MononokeSpirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castle.

Meanwhile, every animated series produced by Lucasfilm has been Star Wars. Some of the series include Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels and the latest Star Wars: Visions which also included 7 Japanese studios.
