Tatsuki Fujimoto’s new one-shot manga Just Listen to the Song (Futsu ni Kiitekure) is now officially out in both Japan and overseas. The one-shot was written by Fujimoto and illustrated by Oto Toda (To Strip the Flesh). Overseas fans can read the 20-page story in English on June 29, along with a cover for another Fujimoto’s story – Goodbye, Eri. 1l1pp
Both Tatsuki Fujimoto and Oto Toda are known for incorporating mature topics in their works. Fujimoto is best-known for Fire Punch and Chainsaw Man, both serialized through Shueisha’s platforms. Fire Punch was serialized from 2016 to 2018 on the Shonen Jump+ app, while Chainsaw Man started serialization in 2018 in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. It ended in 2020, and the second part is expected to start on July 13 on the Shonen Jump+ app.
Oto Toda is best known for his To Strip the Flesh (Niku wo Hagu) manga series. Viz Media licensed it in English and describes the plot as:
