The Dangers in My Heart is getting a TV anime adaptation in 2023, as announced on the official Twitter for the franchise. The manga by Norio Sakurai has been ongoing since 2018, and was also top ranked ‘manga fans want to see animated‘ in 2021. A new website has been opened for the anime as well, and you can see the illustration celebrating the anime announcement: 5n6r23

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga in English, and they describe the story:
Kyotaro Ichikawa, a boy barely clinging to the bottom rung of his school’s social ladder, secretly believes he’s the tortured lead in some psychological thriller. He spends his days dreaming up ways to disrupt his classmates’ peaceful lives and pining after Anna Yamada, the class idol.
