The official website describes the plot of the episode as:
The third game, hide and seek begins.
The K group, with its overwhelming number of “geniuses,” advances in the game with a numerical advantage.
On the other hand, Group C, which now includes the mysterious girl, Tenji comes forward to play the role of hider in order to regain Yuichi’s trust.
Yuichi tells them to trust and wait for him, but even after a few days, Tenji still hasn’t seen him…
