Tower of God webtoon is returning from its nearly-year-long hiatus with a 69th episode of Season 3 in Korean on May 16th. The series went on hiatus in June 2020, due to the author’s health issues. 711o6h
Naver Webtoon updated the series’ description today and listed the new chapter release date for May 16th (May 17th in Korea). It’s not yet clear if English translations will follow the previously established one-week delay schedule.
Tower of God is a Korean manhwa that was first published in 2010 and has since been serialized on Naver’s Webtoon platform. It received an official English translation in July 2014. The webtoon also got an anime adaptation by Telecom Animation Film, which aired in Spring 2020. Author SIU apologized for taking a break in the middle of an arc, citing his health issues.
