Vinland Saga Season 2 Reveals Arnheid Character Design u4o6n

Vinland Saga season 2 is coming in January 2023, and the official Twitter for the anime shared the character design for the beautiful Arnheid, who will be introduced in the sequel. She is voiced by Rikka Sakuragawa, and you can also see her in the latest trailer: c5q71

Vinland Saga Season 2 – Arnheid Character Design

The director Shuhei Yabuta commented how he tried to express her internal strength rather than just the external. The character designer and animation director Abiru Takahiko also commented, saying her hair is what sets her apart from other characters. You can read both of their comments in the image above. Shuhei Yabuta said that the staff for the anime would be returning to animate the sequel at studio MAPPA, and the staff for season 1 included:

• Chief animation director: Takahiko Abiru
• Music; Yutaka Yamada
• Script: Hiroshi Seko (24 episodes), Kenta Ihara (episodes 5-24)

Besides Rikka Sakuragawa as Arnheid, the new cast for season 2 includes:

• Yu Hayashi as Olmar
• Shunsuke Takeuchi as Einar
• Hideaki Tezuka as Ketil
• Taiten Kusunoki as Thorgil
• Fuminori Komatsu as Snake
• Hideaki Tezuka as Ketil
